Translation Correction

Hi everyone,

I would like to report a minor translation issue in the Portuguese interface.

When right-clicking a contact, the main context menu displays all options in Portuguese except for the first one, which appears as "Operations". Since all the other options (like "Ligar", "Chat", etc.) are properly translated, I believe this submenu should be translated to "Operações".

I have attached a screenshot ("Tradução.png") highlighting the issue.
