Hello 3CX

Would it be possible to include abandoned calls in the call logs on the app in the next update?

I just got off the phone with a frustrated customer who doesn't see the "Missed Call" when calls come in through a Queue because the Queue labels them as abandoned instead of missed and these don't show up in the app on iOS or Android. (Or maybe they do and I'm just blind and I've missed a toggle to display them)

Besides switching them to a Ring Group and they losing the "Target agents already on a call" feature, do you have other suggestions?

@NickEmpireComm no need to "switch" to Ring Group.
Tell the user to go on the 3cx client on the iOS >> 3cx client>> Settings >> Device Integration >> Integrate with device recents.
Enable this option and the abandoned queue calls will appear on the device calls.
