I am seeking guidance regarding the minimum permissions required in order to be able to build out and manage an AI receptionist on an ongoing basis.
I anticipate a situation where the customer operations manager would want to build out the new AI receptionist on their own in terms of ongoing configurations. We could (as the admins) setup the AI integration and add the base receptionist. I would like to put the customer operations manager in a position to manage the settings in the AI receptionist on their own. I would like to do that without enabling them to blow up the entire PBX. Is this possible?

Hello Felicia King,

At the moment, there is no dedicated permission or role that allows a user to manage only AI Receptionists.

To manage AI Receptionists, the user must have access to the Integrations section, which is currently available only to users with the System Administrator or System Owner role.

You can find more information about the available user roles and permissions in our User Access Roles Explained guide: https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/access-roles/

Hello,

This question also came up in our live webinar yesterday, you can listen to our CAIO's answer here (48:47):
