Solved CFD with feature queue login/logout doesnt synchronize with button on smartphones

Hello,

we have a simple setup with a 3CX and some users using the PWA on PC and also the 3CX app on smartphones.
There is some call queues and the users present on these queues can perform login/logout with the agent button on the smartphone app.

because a master user would force to login/out by a dial code from a smartphone, he would like to avoid to use the PC to do that, i build a CFD script, one per extension, to can dial a code and the script will log IN or OUT the specific user defined on the script, to the queue concerned.

doing some tests i came to conclusion that something is not synced correctly between the result of the CFD script and the view i can observe on 3CX smartphone app pr PWA app.
For example i dial the CFD code, that perform a login from user 111 to queue 800, but when i check on the PWA or on the smartphone himself, the agent button is still logged out and not logged in(stay white and not blue) same on PWA.
if i do the test on other way, like from the 3CX app i do login, then i perform code 110 to do logout but on the 3CX app it still stay logged in.

is there any priority or kind of difference between the queue login performed by a CFD vs the login performed by the 3CX user app??

There is a difference when doing a explicit LOGIN/OUT and performing a global LOG IN/OUT.

Using dial codes such as *62, *63, BLF for login or out these are global actions, means it will log in/out the agent for all the queues, however if you perform the explicit log in/out this will override any global log in/out in the user extension, and will apply for a specific queue.

Hi @Alejandro_3CX , thank you for your input,
if i understood it correctly, the "agent login/logout" button visible on the 3CX smartphone app, only perform a Global LOG IN/OUT, but my CFD script, trigger a login/logout into a specific queue, that means this will not relflect on the 3CX app because this is not a Globale LOG IN/OUT. Makes sense, i will do some tests on this way.
This tread can be set as solved, can i do it, or only moderators can?
