    In the generic XML, they have IsSupportReinvite is set to 0. This means 3CX does not send re-INVITEs to update media streams. This settings is no longer available on the GUI under trunk settings. I'm not sure, they they have removed it and in the back end they maintain it.

    I'm using V20 on-prem PBX; some external WEB RTC calls (Chrome) have no audio on calls. I can see that the browser is sending 127.0. 0.1 instead of 192.xxx IP/ Internet IP. This looks like a software issue on the client side. But why is this happening to multiple customers?

    I think we need to have an RPS account for this. But I didn't try opening a ticket instead. Better I try that one. However, 3CX should be able to do this. Most of the other platforms remove the MAC immediately when you remove it from the system.
