Do we have this option in V20, or has 3CX removed it?
How can we manually fix the inbound routing with multiple SIP trunks from the same provider?
Creating the Trunk as "Generic" works sometimes, but there are instances in which this didn't work.
This has become a pain for most 3CX customers using non-supported providers; I believe 3CX cannot wipe off their hands regarding this.
Does anyone know which part of the header 3CX looks for and what they expect to deliver the call to the correct extension?
