I tend to just use call queues. You could just create the call queue first, put all the correct users in the order, test that you have the time correct and your happy with it, then change on the IVR.
Could do a call queue, with prioritized hunt and have the ring time 20 seconds and the queue wait up much higher, this would then cycle through the 8 users and go back to number 1 once it has rung all 8 if your max queue wait time is up high enough
When you say disabling themselves, can you elaborate more? I'm guessing you mean the extensions are un-registering which means the calls wont go through to the device?
How are they provisioned? Behind SBC or Router Phones? and what devices are they?
Could work out better to go for the lower SC, but enable the notifications for if this SC limit is reached, then you can upgrade. Therefore mitigating the need to speak to 3cx to get them to downsize the PBX
you can schedule the reports to any email address, therefore you can schedule the inbound call report to email to an admin manager. Also Check update 6 blog post for reporting info
I believe you should be able to take a back up- which will include your FQDN on V20, and then reinstall but as self hosted through AWS. This will spin up a machine on AWS and then you will have the option to restore from a back up
Could use an ATA, and connect a bell so when the user is rung it'll ring the bell and the phone.
If this user is part of the queue, this will therefore ring loud
Have you experienced this at all when a call is put through to your specific extension? Not the call queue?
Can you also confirm you have mobile service in the places where this does not reach the device
We have lots of customers who use this feature and have never experienced any issues
This is probably due to the device not being on the latest 3cx firmware, flash it with the lastest firmware from https://www.3cx.com/docs/phone-firmwares/ and this should allow the device to connect.
3cx however will not support a router phone being on WiFi
Yes the router phones can be used as a standable device without the need of an SBC. This phone can support up to 10 devices behind it as a router phone. so for example you could have 1xT54W and 9xT33G or something similar.
The router phone is still able to be used like any other phone
We have several customers on W80DM/B solutions and these work perfectly with no issues.
I would suggest making sure all the bases are showing as active and synced first, then try re-registering the handsets
