    Yes, I have checked different devices and it is the same issue on all android devices. The iPhone devices have no issue. I am using a Samsung S9 device with the latest updates. Thanks

    After I enter details about the conference and select "Next", it takes me to a screen that says "select internal participants". Here I can see contacts from my mobile contact list, but I don't see anything from my 3CX contacts or other users extension.

    Just to add to this, on iOS, it gives you the ability to select Internal and external Participants from two different tabs.

    Are there any others who are having issues adding Internal Participants for Schedule Conferences from their Android phone? When I try to create a schedule conference, it says "select internal participants", however, it only shows contacts from my phone and no internal extension. Thanks, Alexander

    I assume that the trunks have different names; I would try importing one trunk rules at a time with the with a blank Priority field. I am not in the front of my computer at the moment but think this is how I did it before. Alexander

    I just downgraded to firmware 52.82.0.20 and the DND on the phone still does not work. I am now thinking it must have happen with v15.5 SP5 update. This is via SBC, which I don't think should make a difference.

    Yes, they are up to date (52.83.0.20). I am trying to verify it the firmware update broke it.
