Implemented Export / Import IP Blacklist

It would be really nice to have the option of exporting and importing blocked IP's (and whitelisted IP's too).
If you are managing several PBX's, it is really cumbersome to maintain a uniform black list.

Adding imported blacklisted IP's with the default 20 year expiry or allowing the admin to pre-configure the default blacklist length at the time of import would also be beneficial.

You can add records to the blacklist using the Call Control API.

Yes, but a simpler option would be the ability to import and export like they do now with Extensions and Inbound rules.
