  2. Android no provision

Dumb question: Is a current, valid SSL cert needed for the Android app to work? Thats the only thing I can find wrong. Self signed cert thats been expired for a long time. Android app stopped working in the past month or so. V18 build 8 and most recent version of droid app Chrome browser...
  3. Port 5060 remapped to 2532. Sonicwall. Hours spent.

Thanks for the reply. I did indeed follow that guide. SIP transformations are/have been disabled. I upgraded to 15.5 SP6 and that has at least partially fixed the firewall check failure. The SIP server section now passes with port 5060 checking out properly. The 3CX Media Server section fails...
  4. Port 5060 remapped to 2532. Sonicwall. Hours spent.

This all started with a support call to a new SIP provider, SIP.US. I couldn't get an older Panasonic PBX connected. I gave the guy remote access to the Sonicwall and he bricked it. So I restored from a backup. Unfortunately the backup was old and before the installation of 3cx. No problem, I'll...

3cx v15.5 Just want it to function as an FXS gateway. Manual configuration of the smartlink. Successfully registered device as an extension. I can make calls to the device phone from other extensions, but I cannot call out - local extensions or to PSTN. I just get a busy signal after a few...

  7. IIS install on Server 08 R2

Tried installing using IIS as webserver. Installer didn't put any files at all into the default IIS website. No files at all copied. Everything about the default IIS website is, well, default. \inetpub\wwwroot nothing there except the "welcome to IIS" files. I don't recall the installer...
  8. Firewall Checker - some ports open, most closed

Just reporting back in. Figured the issue out. Thanks for the help. -Josh
  9. Firewall Checker - some ports open, most closed

Well, I used a One-to-one simply because I could. I have a few available Public IP's, so why not dedicate one. I'll try a many to one, since thats the scenario 3cx uses to describe setup with a sonicwall. If that doesn't work I think I'll try putting it in a DMZ.
  10. Firewall Checker - some ports open, most closed

Ah yes, I knew I was forgetting to post something obvious. Yes, I've already made sure windows firewall is off....did that before even starting this.
  11. Firewall Checker - some ports open, most closed

Sonicwall NSA 4500 - with required "disable source port remap" hotfix One to One NAT different External/Internal FQDN No idea what is going on. NAT and Firewall access rules setup correctly. All VoIP functionality in firewall disabled. Going Line by line in firewall checker... Port 5060...
  12. Sonicwall NSA 2600 and 3cx

Not even to worrying about phones....just setting up PBX services at this point. One sonicwall ALL ports are being translated from the dedicated external IP to the internal IP one to one NAT EXT IP <-> INT IP for all ports. -Josh
  13. Sonicwall NSA 2600 and 3cx

I'm having the same issue with a Sonicwall NSA4500 I have a dedicated public IP adddress NAT'd to my internal 3cx box using one-to-one NAT. ALL ports are competely open. In the network settings of 3cx I've tried using both the public IP and the internal (IP of the NIC) IP as the "public" ip...
