    Good afternoon. I have just provisioned 3CX free edition for 2 users but the users are showing up as last name first in contacts as well as live chat. I cannot find a place to change this and my dashboard does not look like the dashboard from what is presumably the full version and I cannot find...

  2. Solved Live Chat Wix Integration

    I finally noticed in the chrome debugging that it was listing www in the hostname so I changed the entry in the live chat settings to "https://www-domain-com.filesusr.com" again and it started working this time. I must have made a typo the first time.

    Greetings. I have followed the guide on setting up the live chat bubble with Wix by embedding the HTML however the icon is always greyed out. I have read a number of threads on the forums but none of the resolutions have fixed it. I am getting a CORS error in the browser. Anyone have any ideas...
