Solved Live Chat Wix Integration

Greetings. I have followed the guide on setting up the live chat bubble with Wix by embedding the HTML however the icon is always greyed out. I have read a number of threads on the forums but none of the resolutions have fixed it. I am getting a CORS error in the browser. Anyone have any ideas?

I have tried the following:

- Configure my website in chat settings using https://redacted-us.fileusr.com, https://www-redacted-us.fileusr.com, https://redacted.us, https://www.redacted.us in addition to trying them all alone and together separated by commas.
- Verified open hours and time zone
- No antivirus is installed

I finally noticed in the chrome debugging that it was listing www in the hostname so I changed the entry in the live chat settings to "https://www-domain-com.filesusr.com" again and it started working this time. I must have made a typo the first time.
