4sc pro 8c licence upgrade

  1. Purchased prorata v20 pro self hosted upgrade from 4SC to 8SC - Dashboard still on 4SC?

    Hi, I might be missing something obvious....how do I get my 3CX self hosted installed to recognize the 8SC licence that was increased from 4SC? The licence key on the 3CX portal is the same. I do hope it is not a backup and re-install job? Thank you Emilie
