    Users should be able to enable call forwarding and DND for each account on the phone separately. I know 3CX does not support multiple line on the phone but it is impossible to have a client with 200 users and do not have multiple lines on the phones. features.dnd_mode=1 features.fwd_mode=1

  2. Call Forwarding from the desk phone

    Users are not able to enable Call Forwarding from the phone menu after Auto Provisioning. This is very inconvenient for users as some users are not able to use the app or spftphone.

  4. Speaker button on the phone while using 3CX default phone template

    When users press Speaker button on the phone, it goes to Group Listen mode first which confuses users and they think speaker phone is broken. Group Listen mode should be disabled on the default template: features.group_listen_in_talking_enable =0

  6. Autodial should be enabled in 3CX default phone template

    After Auto provision, phone does not dial a number until user press #/send key. It is confusing and inconvenient for users. phone_setting.predial_autodial =1 Phone should wait for 5 seconds for user to enter the digits, then dial the number automatically phone_setting.inter_digit_time =5

  7. Changing Ringtone from the phone menu

    Users are not able to change the Ring Tone from the phone menu. While the phone shows that the ring tone has changed but the phone still plays the default ring tone. Users should be able to change their ring tones.

    Hello everyone! I would like to know if there is any way to autoprovision ATAs. Is there a list of supported ATAs, ones that I can configure without doing it manualy, device by device on the web page?
