    CID Blacklist rules

    Any idea on why a rule of UNKNOWN* would not block calls with a CID of "UNKNOWN (+DIDNUMBER)"? My other CID rules are working, generating a busy signal and a reason of "Route busy" in the Call Log report. V20.0 Update 2 (Build 715 Release)

    How exactly do I need to make my CID blacklist entries? If we get a call from (408) 555-1212, can I simply add an entry for 4085551212, should I prepend a 1 or a +1? Thanks!
