  1. IVR Prompt Sets for Queue position

    Hi everyone! I hope you having a good day. I am tring to change "QUEINTRO" field which is in "ResponseOrdering.xml" file. Default value for this field is "YOUR_AT_POSITION+$Num$+QUEUE_TOBE_CONNECTED". But in Turkish, it is not usefull for us. "$Num$" parameter should get 1o.wav, 2o.wav files...
