Hi everyone! I hope you having a good day.
I am tring to change "QUEINTRO" field which is in "ResponseOrdering.xml" file. Default value for this field is "YOUR_AT_POSITION+$Num$+QUEUE_TOBE_CONNECTED".
But in Turkish, it is not usefull for us. "$Num$" parameter should get 1o.wav, 2o.wav files. What I mean is that the numbers the system reads should be 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th which equals 1o.wav, 2o.wav, 3o.wav, 4o.wav

I looked at past posts but couldn't find anything.
No matter what kind of changes we made in the file, the changes were not effected in the system in any way. Even if we delete the file or reboot the os.

I saw in previous posts that you can do this by changing the 1.wav file, but when the caller wants call back in the queue, the system reads the 5 in the person's number as the 5th.

Hi @Emre Dikici I know what you mean about One is not the same as First (Uno y Primero), but I'm afraid that you would need to use custom prompts for this, but please note it will impact the whole system, I mean in scenarios where the system will need to play the number ONE like press 1 to confirm, it will play like press first to confirm, specially if you will use callback option in the queue.

So, you can create a copy of your prompts, customize and use them only in the queue. Here is a guide about it. Once done, restart pbx services and within the queue select the custom prompt.

Have a great weekend!

Thank you for your answer.

Actually there is another problem.

I added a row to SetInfo.xml. That row like
<prompt id="WAITTOBECONNECTED" file="queuewait.wav">
<description>All agents are busy please wait to be connected</description>
</prompt>

I replaced
<response name="QUEINTRO" order="YOUR_AT_POSITION+$Num$+QUEUE_TOBE_CONNECTED" />
with
<response name="QUEINTRO" order="" WAITTOBECONNECTED/>
which is in responseordering.xml file.

Then restarted all 3CX services.
I couldn't find the new prompt named WAITTOBECONNECTED in the Management Console - > Settings -> System Prompts.

Even i change the QUEINTRO's order field to something like CANCELLED then restart services, system is not reflecting.

I think a new prompt file cannot be added anymore and at the same time, the system does not detect the changes made in responseOrdering.xml and setinfo.xml.
Because, as I said in my first message, even if we delete these files and restart all services, the system continues to behave in its own way.
Is there something I'm doing wrong or is 3CX now reading prompt configurations from a different directory?

I have one more question.

QUEINTRO's order field has $Num$ parameter as you know and that parameter reads the 1.wav, 2.wav etc. files.
Is there a parameter that reads the 1o.wav, 2o.wav? Something like $Numo$.
I hope i see that $Numo$ parameter in v20!

I'm doing all these tests on linux debian os.
Thanks for your support and responses @Alejandro_3CX

HI, you don't have to edit the xml file. As I mentioned just create a copy of the default prompts lets say the English Prompts, replace the audio files with the one you want to use using the same name and format, restart the pbx services and within the call queue select the custom prompt.

Hi again @Alejandro_3CX
I wanted to inform you that my problem has been solved.
Thanks for support. Have a great week.
Best regards.

Hi @Emre Dikici it's good to know is working, have a great week ahead!

Hello again @Alejandro_3CX

When we set the language settings for the relevant queue, the system correctly informs the caller of their position in the queue. So far, no problem. However, when we activate the Callback feature for the queue, instead of reading the customer's number as zero, five, three, the system reads it as fifth, third. Is there a solution for this issue?

Best regards.

This was the first thing I mentioned you. Please read my first reply.

Right. Some time has passed, and we received delayed feedback from our customer. Naturally, it didn't occur to me to read the old messages. Thanks for answer.
