    Hello! Is there any suggested way to work with an external CTI application (e.g. estos ProCall Enterprise)? We have Troubles at one customers side, where we use the uaCSTA protocol of Yealink Phones. The Problem is, that the phones do not respond to CSTA requieries, so then the ProCall client...
