  1. Disable Transcoding

    If an HD codec is used for internal calls (Opus, G722) and for the provider e.g. only G711 is available, is automatically transcoded at "PBX Delivers Audio active" and the voice quality is severely impaired. In some VPN scenarios it is better if "PBX Delivers Audio" is enabled on the Sip trunk...

  2. G.711 Fax

    Has anyone been able to receive faxes using G.711 on v15.5 as described in this blog post? https://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/g-711-fax-functionality/ I've been able to get 3CX to answer the call with fax tone, but it never connects and receives the transmission.
