  2. How to export raw data on v20?

    Hi guys, What's the best way to export the raw data on v20 for all our inbound calls? On the previous v18, I could export/download the file rather easily, but that option is no longer available here. Is there an instruction somewhere that I should read up on? Appreciate y'all's help. Thanks.
