UPLOADING files to my 3CX server during provisioning

Can I still upload files from my Polycom phones to my 3CX server during provisioning. I was able to upload log files, directory files, override configuration files.... to my 3CX from my older Polycom SoundPoint IP500 phones (which are all retired). I'm currently running v18 and expect to migrate to v20 by the end of the month... I have been a single location until now. I am migrating I have Polycom VVX600 behind Raspberry 4PI SBC's at a half dozen remote locations. and I'm needing the user flexibility I had with the override files, and most importantly I'm needing the repository of device log files I had in the past. The current default templates leave this configuration blank, though I can edit it as a custom template - I am victim of the custom template. Though I have used the custom template route I do not see any files being uploaded back to the 3CX provisioning directory. Is it possible for me to upload files from my devices to my 3CX provisioning directory (or subdirectory) during provisioning?
