    Queue call history not visible

    We're using multiple queues but when one colleague handles an incoming queue call this call is not visible for the other colleagues in the callhistory. I can see the call in the recordings, but not in the call history, how can I configure 3CX to show these calls in the callhistory also? Thank you.

  3. Solved 3CX running but not visible

    I'm having an issue with 3CX not being visible on my screen in Windows 10. It's open and running and the icon flashes when a call comes in. Windows snapping does not work and neither does Alt+Space > Move. I have tried re-installing to no avail. Anybody have any fixes for this? Cheers.
