Solved Other extensions are not visible over bridge

Hi, colleagues,

We have 2 separate 3CX servers in our organization, 1 for Call Center employees and 1 for all other departments.
Of course, there is a SIP trunk between these servers.
We always create a new extension for new employee via copying from other already working extensions, I mean, they always have equal rights and options.

Last extension we have created on Call Center 3CX server is working properly, but, unlike the other users on this server, when he try to search someone from other departments (from second 3CX servers) he can't find anyone. I compared his profile with his colleagues (who can make a proper search), but can't find any difference in 3CX setup.

What can be a cause of problem?
Or, maybe, there is an option which I should correct for this employee?

For this you need to use bridges, and they have this option here to select who can see presence:
