  2. Solved Admin cannot edit Queue because Music on hold playlist shows up as \\.\pipe..

    The owner (me) can, it shows up as [NAMEOFPLAYLIST] however for the Admin, it shows up as some \\.\pipe\.. , and won't let him save changes to the queue. Is this a permissions fault, or bug in v20? Not sure why we are not on 1620, should we upgrade? We just got this a week ago so I'm still...

    We created a playlist with 5 wav files. (each one is an advertisement, etc). We are using the Call Queue feature with this.   4. Music on Hold not Working

    I have added 3 wave file to a music on hold playlist. However it does not work. Is there something special I have to do to get this working? I have selected the playlist for call parking however when I park myself or a caller all we hear is dead air.
