    Chat log: internal vs external

    Currently when enabeling the chat log, you enable this for all chats: internal and external. Would be great if we can chose to enable the chat log separately. This way, private internal chats could not be logged and conversations with external parties (customers) by use of whatsapp...

  2. Privacy - webclient shows numbers of all call participants of everyone

    While it is good to see the status of an extension (availiable/away/in a call), it might not be desirable that everyone sees the number of an active call an extension is currently engaged. AFAIK, the Windows client only shows an extensions status, not the number of the call. But the WebClient...

  3. Intercom Beep not audible

    Im using the latest 3cx on windows and Yealink t48s phones.. When I use the intercom to talk to extensions, there is NO beep. this is a privacy concern in our business.. I noticed that features.intercom.tone = 1 is set and it just does not work.... Help?
