    I've got a client that we created a 3 Digit Extension, PRO 4SC Instance for, paid for 3CX Hosting and annual license for, fully configured and now they drop a bomb on us saying they have 2 people with 2 digit extensions they forgot to tell us about... #1 - Can we easily convert this license...

  3. v20 - Dial '0' no longer working

    Hi, in v18, we had an operator extension set for when people dialed '0' from their phone. This is not working in v20. The dummy extension has a SIP ID set as 0, same as v18. Any other settings we should check in v20?
