Hi, I'm running 3CX Version 20.0 Update 0 (Build 1620) and have configured a voip.ms sip trunk following the configuration guide in this link https://www.3cx.com/docs/sip-trunk/voip-ms-canada, I don't have any rules configured to reformat the caller ID's, I have an outbound rule setup with the outbound caller ID set to that of the voip.ms DID, what happens when I make an outbound call it fails, I checked on voip.ms and it shows the caller ID as my voip.ms account ID, which is also what I use on the 3CX trunk as the Authentication ID, I could probably reformat the outbound caller ID to use a DID in the trunk, but I have multiple DID's that I need it to use and I don't know how I would reformat it to use them properly or whether that's even the way to fix this, I've searched the forums and haven't found a solution to this (albeit I could have missed it), any help with this will be appreciated.
