    Hi, Im trying to change system prompts to spanish, I tried to download it from system prompts settings but its not working. I also tried to download and then reboot the system, but nothing changed. We have a Pro license and PBX version is 18.0 Thanks in advance.

    Hi, We have a Que set up to direct incoming Spanish calls to our Spanish speaking representatives, but after following the prompts these callers are still being directed to the English Que. Ive had this problem before and it was fixed after I adjusted the destination for the call if no answer...
