  1. Solved softphone unpark issue

    Softphone client unpark does not work. The call is being parked by user using transfer *00. Another user dials *10 on 3CX softphone client (iphone - iOS). 3CX app cuts the ending zero and is unable to pick up the parked call. Does anyone know why?
