    Hello, During the vacation of a colleague I am sitting at his desk and have to take this phone AND mine. How can I temp. add his phone to mine in 3cx windows client. Diverting is not a solution, as I am sitting at his desk and therefore this phone does not react in 3cx windows client. Thanks...

  3. vacation replacement with live chat

    Hello, we want to use live chat, but sometimes people are sick or on vacation. How can I divert these live chats and how can I set this not beeing the user who is sick (sometimes they just call in the morning that they are sick, but I have no access to their pc). Thanks Steffen Maier
