Какнастроить клиента для андроид не могу подключить, создать учётную запись из приложения????

Make sure that all ports are correctly forwarded if you are planning to use the 3CX client outside of your network and then create an extension and send a welcome email to the users email. If you open the welcome email you will find an attachment which you can use to provision the client.
