Софтфон 3CX старой версии v.16 не корректная работа с исходящими правилами.

Обновлённая версия 3СХ v.18.0 (Сборка 935) содержит софтфон старой версии v.16, которая не корректно работает с исходящими правилами. Софтфон при звонке из него на номера формата "+7...." обрезает "+", но оставляет "7" , хотя есть прописанные правила замены "+7" на "8" и это правило работает если звонить из мобильного приложения или через IP телефон или через внутренний шлюз с обычного телефона.
Когда софтфон отрезает "+" далее система естественно не может определить что это за номер и сообщает об отсутствии такого номера.
Пробовал различные правила замены знаков, включал и отключал "Обработка номеров в формате E164" ничего не помогает. В это связи два вопроса, как настроить софтфон (правила в 3СХ) на существующей версии v.16 или ка получить новую версию софтфона v.18. При установке софтфона загружается старая версия.
Мобильное приложение v.18 работает отлично.
Звонки через IP телефон из телефонной книги на номера +7... тоже работают по правилам.
Звонки со стандартных телефонов через шлюзы тоже работают корректно, там другое правило.
Софтфон НЕ работает. Мне удобно его использовать, но из-за этой проблемы использую частично.
Настольное приложение последней версии не хочет устанавливаться на стационарный компьютер с Windows 7. Выдаёт ошибки.

The updated version of 3XX v.18.0 (Build 935) contains a softphone of the old version v.16, which does not work correctly with outgoing rules. The v.18 mobile app works perfectly.
Calls via an IP phone from the phonebook to +7 numbers... they also work according to the rules.
Calls from standard phones through gateways also work correctly, there is another rule.
The softphone doesn'T work. It is convenient for me to use it, but because of this problem I use it partially.
The desktop application of the latest version does not want to be installed on a desktop computer with Windows 7. It gives errors.

EDIT: ah sorry, windows 7 isnt supported. you need to upgrade the os because of so many reasons!!!

I am not eager to use a desktop application, a softphone is enough. But why is it the old version? Also, I do not plan to update the OS on my computers only because of application bugs.

When you download the windows client, you will get the windows client. Its the old v16 thing. Your os is old as fuck (sorry) and should not be connected to the internet in any way. Unsecure and not supported in any way. If you want to use it you are on your own.

Good idea... Windows 7 is 14 years old and since 8 years eol.. You should upgrade your pc.

I tried it on another computer, specially installed Windows 10 OS. The softphone application is still downloaded and installed v.16, you can check for yourself. It is worth noting, however, that outgoing rules work on Windows 10. It's a pity that they don't work on Windows 7 (x64). To be honest, I don't see any compatibility issues.

No there isnt missing something, your os is not compatible. I dont know why you wont understand this. I am out... sorry.
