1 Desk Phone & 1 SBC Internet Data Usage Per Month?

For a very remote location where Internet is sold by the Mb, I'm trying to choose the most appropriate data package that doesn't exceed what's required.

By any chance, has anyone measured the amount of Internet data usage by one desk phone and SBC communicating with 3CX server, assuming 10 BLF's provisioned, and no actual phone calls, just SIP comm?

I'm more concerned about the chatter between the SBC, ATA and 3CX Server chewing up lots of data the rest of the time, while idle. If someone's measured that already, it would, thankfully, save me a lot of lab time, and I would be very grateful!
