1 ring then straight to VM

I have this installed on my tablet and when I receive an inbound call, it rings once and then goes straight to VM. It's so fast its not even possible for me to take the call.

So far I'm only testing within my lan, dialing myself as an extension.

What does the 3CX log show? It should tell you why the call did not ring the device.
