I need help

its really urgent

Thanks

Have you got an outbound rule to match this?

You shouldnt have posted the mobile number either.. for privacy reasons of course.

the issue it works from softphone but IP phones no and nothing comes in call log or anything from IP Phone

Are your phones using default templates, on the latest firmware and showing up in 3CX as registered?

Can you double check the logs to see what number your deskphones are sending vs soft client.

what are your handsets?

1st yes default and its provisioned fine

2nd same number
3rd Yealink Y41S

Can you send me a screenshot of your outbound rules?

Is that the only outbound rule you have?

The extension that works from the web client, is it the same ext the phone is registered with?

Is this an inbound or outbound call by the way?

Is that the only outbound rule you have?
Yes

not the same but i configured it correct

outbound calls

Log in to web client as the same ext as the desk phone and try calling out.

its working fine without any issue

Ok then you should turn on verbose logging, restart services, make test call again and check to see what the phone is sending to the PBX and then check if it matches an outbound rule. The activity log should give you more information.

Compare a call that works, from a softphone, and one that does not work, from an IP set. They should be sending the same number to the PBX, using the same outbound rule, and sending the same number to the provider. You should be able to determine at what point this is not happening...what is different.

It may be an issue with an internal dialplan, in the IP set, not sending what was actually dialled.
