15.5.400.874 Standby not working after a missed call

Since some weeks, my Acer Tablet is not going to sleep mode again after a missed call.
If the device is locked, the 3CX App is showing up and ringing.
When I don't answer the call, the lock screen is displayed and stays forever.

I have to kill the 3CX App, so the tablet goes again regularly into sleep mode.
The same app on a Samsung Galaxy S8 has no problem.

It looks like this is an issue occurring on specific devices. While it reproduces on some, on others it works fine. We'll be looking into it to try and fix it for the next beta release of the app.

It seems there are other problems with standby mode:
When my Samsung Galaxy S8 is ringing, it could be, that the ringtone is restarted once after about 1-2 seconds. (Could not be replicated by manually locking the phone)
Also I could observe that 3CX-App was ringing, but the phone was not activating the display.

so far we could drill down on this on Android 9 with PatternLockScreens. The team is working on a new beta client.
