15.5 Legacy app

I can make calls on the 15.5 Legacy app, but the phone does not ring for incoming calls.

I want my phone to ring when there is an incoming call, how can I do this

I was able to use it with this device last year. My phone was ringing when I got a call. My phone is not ringing this year
