Solved 15.5 Web client - Fanvil X4

Does anyone know if the Fanvil X4 phone is fully compatible with the new web-client in V15.5?

It doesn't look as though the web client can directly control the Fanvil X4 phone, I cant seem to get the web client to directly launch a call on the phone or answer a call from the web client?

The Fanvil X4 is fully compatible with the webclient in v15.5. We have tested this and we cannot replicate the issue.
Are you using the latest firmware?
Are you using the default template?
How is the phone provisioned? Local, via SBC, via STUN?

I managed to get everything working as expected by manually entering the extension number in the uaCSTA field under the phones advanced setting.
