Music On Hold Order

We just trying to understand the music on hold and what takes precedence over which setting.

Department Music on Hold
Queue Music on Hold

Are we right in saying that a queue will play the music on hold and once handed over to a department that music on hold will play?

Is there a way of putting music on hold on trunks that override all music on hold's?

In the system is there anywhere else music on hold is set?

Hello @HM_User,

When a call enters the Queue, then the MOH of the Queue will be played.
Once the call is answered from a User and that user put the call on hold then the MOH that is configured on the Department will be played depending on the option you have selected under Departments > Options > Music on Hold.
You can either select System Music on Hold, a shared prompt or Record a new one.
