but we can't install legacy app on Pixel phones. The Play Store says that our phone is not compatible. But the original app worked normally on this phone until yesterday. Probably the only problem is in setting permissions on which phones can be installed.

yes, Pixel (or different worded Android 10) is only working fully on the new client which will not be available for old installations.

The quickest way is that you update your old pbx (that needs an update anyway) to new 16.
The time it takes to update the server is the same time you need to uninstall the app, install the legacy, open webclient and scan the qr code.
