Hello,
The 3CX app on Android will not pick up any external calls when on company WiFi or over Cellular. PUSH notifications work great but the android client will not pick up an external call. Internal calls and external calls initiated from the android client work as expected. Presence and chat functions work as well. We don't have many users with 3cx installed on their phone, but I have a Google Pixel and there is a Samsung Galaxy S9 that have the same issue. Nothing on the network has changed (firewall, server, and SIP provider are all the same). 3CX Firewall test from the management console passes. We've uninstalled, reinstalled, and reprovisioned several times and it still doesn't work. Apple iOS device works just fine, the problem is only on Android.
App version is 16.2.0.93 and the version of the 3CX server is 16.0.493
I have a packet capture that shows the android phone sending a TCP reset to the 3CX server right around the time the app says "Request Failed"
I also turned up debug logging on the 3CX app and see the following message:
/3CXPhone(29703): (thread 9429) 22:31:14.734 pjsua_call.c .Unable to make call: Invalid Request URI (PJSIP_EINVALIDREQURI) [status=171042]
