After installing this version, again I have problems answering calls (this time different nature), and also new, problems making calls.
5 Calls today which I picked up, but never heared audio. 3 Outgoin calls where I heared never audio. One outgoing call which was ok, I then stopped using the phone.
Before accepting the call the Networkd quality leven of the system shows LTE with 80% leven. After answering the call when I look at the call quality meter of the app, it shows nothing, after the pickup, then later, a quality of 0 but varying.
If I use my Notebook together with the windows version of the phone, connected to the same GSM network/contract at the same gegraphical postition all calls are fine.
Still it is possible, the reception of the notebooks is better then the mobile phone, and this is a random incident, but I doubt. In the past there was no big difference.

I made a few more tests. Result identical. I can answer a call, but will never hear audio.

I don't see that version on build history. It will say Alpha or Beta after the release number if it is

was written the problems are also with the release version 16.5.2
The last beta I had before was 16.5.1.
I hope someone from 3cx can answer this.
Or can you see in the playstore if you are using a beta or not (without removing yourself from the beta program?)

I installed the version 16.4..4.132 Now I can again hear something when answering a call!

Hi @nobody, please PM me with your email so that we can troubleshoot this case.

Make sure your drivers are up to date on your computer, that is usually the problem (BIOS, Chip, Video, Audio) Load in that order. Restart computer after ever update. Also, sometimes the build gets messed up with audio. Worst case, reload the image on the machine and install 3CX app again.

The problem because I started the this thread was no problem of the 3cx App. Most likely a problem of the local mobilenetwork provider which lasted for several days.
I now made more then 20 calls during yesterday and today. Only one failed or had no audio.
