18.0U6 and FlowRoute - Outgoing Works, Incoming Does Not

I've been trying to get SMS/MMS working on our on prem server. I've been able to verify that outgoing SMS works fine but incoming does not. When the SMS recipient replies to the text, we do not receive it. Any ideas on what could bet he issue?

I had similar issue.. here is what worked.. you may have to assign webhook to each DID.. callback URL for each DID - this can be done from the drop down menu on the DIDs on Flowroute portal..

I appreciate it but that unfortunately did not help.

Hi @mygeeknc

If you recreated your trunk then you should check that your webhook in the Flowroute portal is correct as it would have changed.
Either than that if the conversation is not dealt with then any reply should come to the extension that originated it.
