18.5 to Current

So I must have missed something. I let the system check for updates weekly and there has not been one pending for a while. Soooo it was especially weird when I went to renew my license and it could not talk to your auth server. Only to find out 18.5 can not and will not communicate with the auth server.

So I have to upgrade, I am having a hell of a time finding an upgrade path. I see a lot of people saying take a back up and re-install. That sounds honestly terrible and I would rather not. I am running the linux version of 18.5 and would love an upgrade path and maybe some links to where i can download that. The only one I can find right now is the full release version which is 20 I believe.

Update 5 was released on September 2022 and there were multiple updates since then for V18 which are also in our log history.
At this point this version will not be able to activate and as a result you are not able to see any updates as well.
The best option is to create a full backup and re-install with the latest V18 ISO since you are missing several updates. This is the safest way for you which will also allow you to proceed to V20 upgrade as well.
