Hi, i have this problem
i have 2 analogic line
on the same lines there are the analogic phone and fax
how can I manage the fax without putting other gateways
I want to create two extension associated with a e-mail
when I feel it is a fax forwarding the call to the changes in email ; fax an extension for each analog line
how can I do?

Not really clear on what you are trying to accomplish, but.....If you want to "feed" an analogue line (PSTN) into 3CX and have faxes "dealt" with by the PBX (and not your fax machine), then you will need gateways. Either one for each line, in the case of single line gateways, like the Linksys SPA3102, or a single mulit-line (four port) gateway. Your fax machine can continue to share the analogue line with the gateway going to 3CX but any incoming calls would be answered by whichever device is set to answer on the shortest number of rings. You may need to explain a bit clearer as to what you are trying to achieve.

Keep in mind that the "free" version does not do fax to PDF email.

my case is :

1 have 2 line pstn

each line is phone anda fax ; the user listen; if is a fax forward at fax

i want leave this system and do all with 3cx

my idea is: if the user listen fax forward at a internal number ; this internal number route fax in email

what i can do ?

I suspect that 3Cx isn't going to work for your intended purpose (anyone want to chime in???). Most users that receive incoming faxes through 3CX use dedicated lines/numbers just for faxes and other lines just for voice calls, not a mix.
