2 identically configured phones: push only works on one of them

I have two LG G3 phones running Android 6 and the latest version of the 3cx client. Both are identically configured and provisioned but for some reason only one of them wakes up when calling from the 3cx PBX. In both cases the call appears to be transferred and I get ringtones, but the app only wakes up on the first phone.

In both cases it looks pretty identical. The push request appears to be sent out, receiving a positive response from the Google server. So it looks like maybe the problem is local to the specific phone. Any ideas?

Different. The working one is extension 11, the one that does not is extension 13. I am making the test calls from extension 12 which is a Windows PC.

I just realized I probably did not copy from the log file correctly, so I am attaching the log file from this afternoon's testing in its entirety to ensure it contains the correct information.

Edit: I just noticed that I am not getting the "push activated, ready for incoming calls" notification on the phone that does not wake up. also tried uninstalling the client, reinstalling and reprovisioning but that did not help.

I don't think so. Both phones work fine with their respective Google accounts.

One thing that occurred to me is that both phones obviously have different Google accounts, while the Push configuration in the server is set up using the API key from one account. I assume every android client does not require its own key?

You only need one Google Account to create the GCM Project, then it will work with all extensions.

Although I have yet to understand why and personally I have never had to do this, I have heard of a few people that had to delete the API Project completely and recreate it with a new Key number to get it working. If you already have a second Google Account, even better create a new one from the second one.

Don't forget after this that you must delete the accounts and send new Welcome Emails out to all extensions.
