Is there a way to set up 2 incoming lines on 1 phone.
As example:

You have 1 customer on the phone but another customer is calling, at that moment all other VOIP phones in the group are ringing but you are the only 1 in the office so you would like to answer the phone. So the first line you will put on hold and you will pick up the second line. I thought it was possibe to set up 2 extensions on 1 phone and create 2 blf buttons, but in this way it is not working. It concerns a Yealink T46S.

Thanks.

Have you tried setting up your BLFs to use "line" to display multiple lines?

If you know a call is incoming you could always park your call and press the pickup key (preprogrammed to BLF) *20* i think it is.

Yes, I put 2 lines/extensions as a BLF button on my phone. But the problem is that I do not hear the second line when I'm already on the phone. And also the second BLF button is not blinking.

I suppose you could add BLFs for the other extensions. You will see those lights flashing when they get a call and you can press them to pick up the call.

do you have this ticked in extensions
