2 questions: default quality, bad connection

Hello,

I have two questions about the web conference.

First of all I would like to know if you can change the presets/def. settings for the audio and video bitrate.

And then I have the problem that if more than two people do a web conference, it starts lagging really bad.
Even when I change the quality to the lowest it is still bad.
Port 443 is open so in theory it should have nothing to do with the firewall.
I feel like the conference doesn't use the remaining bandwith we have over.
Does somebody have an idea why it is like that and how you can fix it?

Hi, we are experiencing the same problems. Is the update ready and do we have to update something at our side?

The update was done on our servers, you won't have to do anything on your side.

Hi @Digin and @Alex_N - We are experiencing similar issues. The video quality lags, audio gets poor and sometimes users are ejected from the meeting. When did ye first start experiencing issues. For us it was approximately 3 weeks ago.

Hi @netsupport1 , We are using the 3CX switchboard for 1 month now en we tried our first webmeeting on the 20th of August. So not much experience, but a poor first start.
Our swichtboard is in the cloud at 3CX. Our company is in the Netherlands and the MCU we're using is Roubaix. We tried to setup a webmeeting with 7 colleagues spread across Europe.
Video quality was bad, audio was not in sync, someone cannot hear us and one person was not able to use video and audio (maybe a local problem).
