i have 2 Sites :
1- first site has static ip and 20 Extensions with ip phones
2- second site : has Dynamic ip and Grandstream GXW4108 FXO Gateway .. with 4 PSTN Lines ..
so i have to install 3CX server in second site which has no static ip ( but the gateway is there ) and in the first site i will install SBC server ... the Question is ... if the IP change in 3CX Server could the second SBC site with static ip have downtime or it will directly reprovision all ip phones ???

The FQDN will update with the new IP if set to Dynamic in the Network settings. However, Standard and Pro license have TTLs of 6 hours. Enterprise only has 5 minutes TTL to allow failover to kick-in faster.

Your best bet would be to use a VPN between sites. Those usually work great even with dynamic IPs.

Simple question: why not revert the setup? Place the 3CX on a static IP and the SBC on the dynamic side.

Because in the site with Dynamic ip i have 4 land lines with gateway so the 3CX server should be in this site ( i don't have vpn )

Would it be possible to get a static IP at both sites?

Also, a VPN just requires a good business router, it's more a question of time rather than having or not.

Have you checked to see how often the dynamic IP actually changes? Some ISP's seem to force a change on a regular, almost daily basis, while with others, you won't see a change for months, and only then, when their equipment is taken down for an update or maintenance. It may , or may not, be that big of an issue.
