Solved 2 types of out of office IVR

Hello,
my client is irregular with his office hours, and wants to set the 3cx to out of office when he needs to. Problem is, he also wants to play a different IVR when doing so, not the regular out of office one. Is there any way to make this possible? I am already using dial codes to force the 3cx out of office.

You make a dummy extension where all calls come in to.

Have forwarding rules per status (BUSY > IVR1, AWAY > IVR2).

he can change it via webclient or from his mobile on the go.

Hi,
once again kieferschild is right and faster than me
but I will add that you don't necessary need a dummy extension for this, just use the standard extension, main number to do that. This way you can put BLF and only use buttons on the phone to do it, often easier and more requested by the client if its a small company. We use this a lot.

another tips : when you set BLF on phone, use DTMF input and *3(1-4) to change status instead of "change status" BLF because with DTMF you can enter what you want on the phone field (instead of having status name which can be confusing (status name always in english even if phone setting in another language...)).

Thank you, i couldn't use the main extension because i had different routes to it already, my client liked the idea from the webclient and we used that. Thanks for answering!
